Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Welcome to mUther (Pty) Ltd. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for wholesale customers of mUther (Pty) Ltd.

By placing a wholesale order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Wholesale Discounts

1.1. Wholesale discounts are not applicable on items already on special. If an item is on special, the special price will apply, and no further wholesale discount will be provided.
1.2. Wholesale discounts do not work in conjunction with other vouchers or discount codes. Only one form of discount can be applied to any single order.

2. Minimum Cart Total

2.1. To qualify for wholesale pricing, the total cart value must be a minimum of R2000. Orders that do not meet this minimum will not be eligible for wholesale discounts.
2.2. The minimum cart total is calculated after any items on special have been applied but before any wholesale discount is added.

3. Payment Options

3.1. The only payment option available for wholesale orders is payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
3.2. We do not accept credit cards, PayPal, or any other form of payment for wholesale orders. This policy is in place to avoid additional costs associated with payment gateways, allowing us to pass on the discounts to our wholesale customers.

4. Order Processing

4.1. Orders will be processed once payment has been received and confirmed. Please ensure that the payment reference number is included in your EFT transaction to avoid delays.
4.2. Orders are subject to stock availability. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated restock date or offer an alternative solution.

5. Shipping

5.1. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the order and the destination. These costs will be added to the total order value.
5.2. We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping provider.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. We accept returns for damaged or defective items. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.
6.2. Returns must be in their original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

7.1. mUther (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms and conditions will be posted on our website. 7.2. Continued use of our wholesale services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
