Compact Outdoor Motion Detection

The OPTEX Xwave2 FIT Wireless Outdoor Compact PIR is a discreet outdoor motion detector designed to protect building entry points, windows, doors, balconies and other defined outdoor areas. Its compact design and narrow detection pattern make it ideal for applications where focused short-range protection is required.

Narrow 5 m × 1 m Detection

The FIT provides a narrow detection area of up to 5 metres by 1 metre, creating a focused detection curtain around the protected area. The detection range can also be adjusted to 2 metres, allowing the detector to be configured according to the installation requirements.

Wireless Xwave2 Integration

The OPTEX Xwave2 FIT is designed for wireless security installations and can be integrated with compatible Xwave2 systems. Its wireless configuration provides greater flexibility when protecting entry points and outdoor areas where traditional cabling may be difficult or impractical.

Dual-Element Pet PIR

The FIT uses a dual-element PIR detection system with intelligent detection logic. This helps provide reliable motion detection while offering tolerance to small animals and pets, making it suitable for residential outdoor applications.
