Installation Requirements (Important)

The Sonoff M5 Series is a professional-grade electrical product and must be installed correctly.

Important requirements:

• A neutral wire is required

• Works only on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks (5GHz is not supported)

• Must be connected to the internet to enable smart features

• Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician

Returns due to the absence of a neutral wire are subject to non-recoverable fees, including shipping, payment gateway charges, and handling fees (minimum R95).
