360° Pan and 116° Tilt Coverage

The C500 uses a dual-motor pan-and-tilt system to provide 360° horizontal and 116° vertical coverage. Control the viewing angle through the Xiaomi Home app to monitor a much wider area of your room.

AI Human and Pet Detection

The built-in AI system can detect and track people as well as cats and dogs. When movement is detected, the camera can automatically follow the subject and send notifications to your smartphone, helping you stay informed about activity in your home.

Full-Colour Low-Light and Night Vision

A large 1/2.45-inch BSI image sensor helps the C500 capture clearer, full-colour images in low-light conditions. When the environment becomes completely dark, eight 940nm infrared lights provide enhanced night vision without a visible red glow.

Physical Privacy Protection

The C500 provides an added layer of privacy with physical lens masking. When privacy mode is activated, the lens physically retracts into the camera body, preventing the camera from viewing or recording the surrounding area. Privacy masking can also be scheduled through the Xiaomi Home app.

Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6

With dual-band 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, the C500 provides fast and stable wireless communication for smooth high-definition monitoring. It also includes Bluetooth 5.0 for convenient connectivity.

Two-Way Voice Communication

The built-in microphone and speaker allow two-way voice communication through the Xiaomi Home app. This makes it possible to communicate remotely with family members, check on pets or respond to activity at home.

Record and store footage using a compatible microSD card, cloud storage or NAS network storage. The camera supports microSD cards from 8GB up to 256GB and uses H.265 video encoding to help reduce storage requirements.
