Ultra-Compact Smart Switch

The SONOFF MINI R4 Extreme is a compact WiFi smart switch designed to transform conventional lights and electrical devices into smart devices. Its extremely small 39.5 × 33 × 16.8mm form factor allows it to fit into a variety of mounting boxes, including compact European-style wall boxes.

10A Smart Switching

MINI R4 supports loads up to 10A at 100–240V AC, making it suitable for a range of everyday lighting and electrical applications. It can be used to add smart control to compatible lights and appliances while retaining control from a conventional wall switch.

Control Your Devices from Anywhere

Connect the MINI R4 to a 2.4GHz WiFi network and control the connected device through the eWeLink app. Remote control allows you to switch compatible devices on or off from your smartphone, helping make everyday home automation more convenient.

Powerful ESP32 Smart Chip

The MINI R4 is equipped with an ESP32 chip for fast and stable smart-home operation. This provides the processing platform for its WiFi connectivity, automation functions and flexible switch-control features.

Multiple External Switch Options

MINI R4 supports several types of external switches, including momentary switches, door-exit switches, SPDT switches, latching switches and compatible dry-contact sensors. This makes it adaptable to different existing switch configurations and automation applications.

Detach Relay Mode

With Detach Relay Mode, the physical external switch and the relay can operate independently. This is particularly useful with smart lighting because switching the physical input does not necessarily disconnect the smart light from its power supply, allowing the smart device to remain available for app-based control.

eWeLink-Remote Gateway

MINI R4 also acts as an eWeLink-Remote gateway. When paired with compatible eWeLink-Remote devices such as the SONOFF R5 or S-MATE, it can receive local wireless control signals and use them to control the MINI R4 or trigger other compatible smart-home devices through scenes.

Smart Automation

Use the eWeLink platform to incorporate MINI R4 into smart-home routines and scenes. Connected devices can be automated according to your preferred schedules and conditions, helping reduce the need for manual switching.

Voice Control
