Description
Intelligent Human Presence Detection
The SONOFF Presence Sensor R2 (Zigbee) uses 5.8GHz microwave radar technology to detect human presence, including both movement and stationary presence. Unlike a conventional motion sensor, it can continue detecting a person who is sitting or remaining still, helping prevent lights and other devices from switching off while someone is still in the room.
Smart Lighting Automation
The built-in ambient light sensor allows the sensor to distinguish between bright and dark conditions. This can be used to create smart lighting routines that activate lights when presence is detected in low-light environments.
Zigbee 3.0 Connectivity
The SNZB-06P uses Zigbee 3.0 and works with compatible Zigbee hubs, including SONOFF gateways and selected third-party platforms. It can also operate as a Zigbee router to help extend the Zigbee network and improve connectivity for compatible devices.
Reliable Presence Detection
With a detection range of up to approximately 4 metres and three sensitivity levels, the sensor can be configured for different indoor environments. Its radar technology is designed to detect both moving and stationary people.
Smart Home Integration
The SONOFF Presence Sensor R2 can be used with compatible smart home ecosystems and platforms, including eWeLink, Alexa, Google Home, SmartThings and Home Assistant, depending on the gateway and integration being used.
Flexible Installation
The sensor can be placed on a desktop or mounted using its magnetic base. It can also be attached to a wall using the supplied adhesive base or fixed with screws, giving you flexibility when positioning the sensor.
