The SONOFF TH20 Origin THR320 is a high-load smart WiFi temperature and humidity monitoring switch designed to automatically control compatible electrical equipment according to environmental conditions. With a 20A maximum input and output rating, it provides a higher-capacity option within the TH Origin range.

Real-Time Temperature & Humidity Monitoring

Connect a compatible SONOFF sensor to monitor temperature and humidity in real time through the eWeLink app. Configure temperature or humidity thresholds to automatically trigger connected equipment when environmental conditions change.

20A High-Load Switching

The THR320 supports up to 20A at 100–240V AC, 50/60Hz, making it suitable for compatible higher-power applications such as heaters, dehumidifiers and other electrical equipment requiring environmental-based automation.

Six Months of Environmental History

Track temperature and humidity conditions over time with up to six months of hourly historical data. Records can be viewed by hour, day or month and exported as XLSX files for analysis and record keeping.

Automatic Temperature & Humidity Control

Create up to eight automation programs based on temperature, humidity or time. The TH20 Origin can automatically switch connected equipment according to your configured environmental conditions, helping maintain a more consistent environment.

Smart Scenes & Notifications

Use temperature, humidity and device status as triggers for eWeLink smart scenes. Push notifications can also alert you when configured temperature or humidity conditions are reached or when the device status changes.

Multiple Sensor Options

The TH20 Origin supports a range of compatible SONOFF sensors. Use the THS01 for temperature and humidity monitoring, WTS01 or DS18B20-compatible sensing for temperature monitoring, or MS01 for soil-moisture applications. Only one sensor can be connected at a time.

2.4GHz WiFi & eWeLink Control

Connect the TH20 Origin to your 2.4GHz WiFi network and manage the device through the eWeLink app. The system supports scheduling, timers, loop timers, LAN control and smart scenes.

Voice Assistant Compatibility

The TH20 Origin supports Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for compatible voice-control functions and environmental queries.

Installation Note

A compatible sensor is required for temperature, humidity or soil-moisture monitoring and is sold separately. Electrical installation should be performed by a suitably qualified person. SONOFF specifies external preliminary protection with a maximum C20A circuit breaker in the supply line.
