7L Family-Size Capacity

With a generous 7L cooking capacity, the Xiaomi Smart Steam Air Fryer 7L is designed for family meals and larger portions. It can accommodate up to a whole chicken, approximately 800g of chips or up to 24 chicken wings, depending on the food and arrangement. The included rack also enables two-layer cooking.

Steam & Air Fry for Crispy Yet Tender Results

The Steam & Air Fry function combines 360° circulating hot air with dynamic steam. Steam helps retain moisture inside food while hot air creates a crisp exterior, helping avoid the overly dry texture that can occur with conventional air frying.

130°C High-Temperature Steam

A professional-grade 900W steam system generates fine steam at temperatures of up to 130°C. Xiaomi states that certain steamed foods, such as broccoli, can be prepared in around 8 minutes under its specified test conditions.

Large 1.5L Water Tank

The top-mounted 1.5L water tank provides a generous supply of water for steam cooking, Steam & Air Fry and Sous Vide modes. The sealed steam circulation system keeps steam inside the cooking area while condensed water circulates internally, helping reduce excess moisture and simplify cleaning.
